Food was good. It’s always very loud and hard to have any conversations.

Kind of weird to get kicked out when you’ve been at your table for an hour and ten minutes, seconds after finishing your drink. If there’s a time limit, let people know when you seat them.
Food was ok. Service was great. Overall for me it was a 3.5ish. I always see a crowd waiting outside on the weekends so knew I had to try it at some point. Opted for the bee gee breakfast with poached eggs and tempeh. The biscuit itself was great. Overall though, seasoning was lacking and the eggs were over-poached (not runny at all). For $20 I expect more honestly. Cute ambiance, service was super friendly even though the kitchen was slow from the get-go (went right around opening)....
We really wanted to love this place but some of the food came up lacking a little bit.
The poutine breakfast was amazing however! Cubed potatoes were cooked perfectly and had a wonderful smooth buttery texture. Chunks of melted cheese throughout, topped with “red eye gravy”(this was good gravy, but not even close to red eye gravy) and a fried egg… omg such a well-executed dish.
