The Heist is an absolute gem in Portland’s Woodstock neighborhood! The variety of food carts here is impressive, offering everything from delicious vegan bowls at P53 to Himalayan flavors from Namo Buddha. I tried the Mexi Bowl with a fresh strawberry lemonade, and it was a perfect blend of generous portions and fresh ingredients. The vibe is laid-back and inviting, with covered outdoor seating and friendly service. I loved the unique atmosphere, especially the old bank vault...
The carts that were open had good food! It was disappointing that a few cats were closed. I'm glad we were at the opposite end of the carts from the band as they were really loud!

.. WHAT a great food cart pod. Super popular local spot with almost 30 carts to choose from. Had an awesome Philly cheese steak sandwich. Will definitely go back.
