Not my type of spot, probably wouldn't go back. However, those down with the goth lifestyle and aesthetic, it would probably be a really cool place
It's one of my favorite haunts!
The Coffin Club truly takes you back to the 80's (or what I imagine the 80's new wave/goth scene was like). Everyone was super respectful. The drink prices were great, and I look forward to coming back at some point to see a show downstairs. I'm not positive if the downstairs area is wheelchair accessible but would be interested to know.

Cool place offering different theme nights. They all deliver. The absinthe cocktail is great.
They won’t let you keep a tab open —every order you have to close it. It keeps the line a little slower, not sure the theory behind it.
Meh club. VERY hit or miss DJs…. Came on a night that apparently every dudebro within the state came too. At least the inside of the club looks cool but that’s it
The blonde bartender ruined me and my friends who were visiting first time to this place. He was really rude and cut us off without reasoning. He said to us “don’t ask any questions” he was so rude and ruined what would’ve been a fun night.

I wish someone would tell the bartender at this poor excuse for a real Goth club that toothbrushes actually exist. Or at least tell him that using the bare end of the toothbrush is not the correct way. Crest and Listerine are not just some fairytale told to small children when they go to sleep at night. I’ve actually used both and it’s quite apparent your bartender thinks they are some sort of mystical and unattainable products.
Someone might also need to remind him that Justin Bieber is not considered Goth. No matter how many times they lift up their work shirt to show you their hidden concert tee from Bieber’s July 14, 2010 My World Tour show at the Rose Garden when he was only 16. The reason I know he was 16 is because the dang bartender wouldn’t shut up about how amazing he was at only 16 years old. That’s not quite the flex that I’d expect to find at a goth bar. What’s next? Britney and Justin from The Mickey Mouse Club?
I think the most mind blowing issue was when the bartender had to ask another person who The Cure was. You’d think these guys would at least be required to know what music is of the non-Justin Bieber variety. The absolute worst part was listening to this guy sing the song Friday from Rebecca Black. I mean the song, even being one of the worst teen pop songs ever written, wasn’t even close to having to smell that breath he seemed to wear like a badge of courage.
But then again he was definitely suffering from a chronic case of back acne and little unit energy because every woman was laughing at him. Not with him. To be honest, I wouldn’t have been shocked if he had to ask management what goes in a Rum and Coke. I’m guessing he would’ve easily known what the Coke part of that was considering the bathroom situation involved with that.
If by chance I ever return … And that would only be if I totally lost my ability to see, hear, and walk and my technology averse caregiver rolled me into Bieberville Goth Bar while looking for a landline phone to use because I was having a medical emergency … I’ll be be sure to dust off my childhood collection of every “Now That’s What I Call Music” CD. And drop them off to your bartender, Halitosis Hal, for him to finally have something other than Justin to bore your customers with.

The Door person is extremely rude and was scolding me last night and telling me not to come in simply because I told him that the last three times that I waited on his hour and a half line he decided to stop selling tickets. If you do not buy tickets in advance, you’re not getting into this place. And they are very rude about it. If I had known that I could not just buy tickets at the door I would not have waited on those incredibly long lines only to be turned away And then dealt with the additional abuse from the staff. By the way, this is my first bad review about a goth club in over 30 years. Unacceptable treatment of customers!!

When I say this was the worst experience I’ve had at a bar, I 100% mean it. Tell me why a club that was filled with smoke had a bartender that yelled at a young woman for no reason and got kicked out. My friend took one hit of her vape and this employee intimidated and scared her into leaving. There is no posted signage that smoking is not allowed and we are not from the area. The lack of professionalism and understanding is disgusting. We were there to enjoy a fun bachelorette trip and this one bartender ruined it. This all happened after we paid $100 to get all 10 of our group.

I’ve never been so disrespected by staff than I was here. I got backed out of this bar by a male bartender so aggressively that I cried. I do not recommend this to anyone. Hate this bar.

Been here a couple times. Cool atmosphere but last night the bartender was incredibly rude. I politely asked if they made dirty martinis and he scoffs and goes, “I’m not making a martini. There’s a line to the door.” Well okay. Would be totally fine if he was at all respectful or kind about it. His tone was just so rude. I ended up getting a lemon drop, which he made very poorly.
Also, when one of my friends ordered, instead of giving them their change back, he just took the liberty of putting it in the tip jar himself. So that’s wild.
Coffin Club is a really fun spot with great music, there’s always a line around the block for good reason. The other bartenders and staff have been really nice. This bartender just made me feel a lot less inclined to want to come back.

We were in town for a concert and decided to swing in here on a whim. I’m so glad we did. They were having Scaraoke night and I got to blow off some scream steam. Everyone was really friendly, the drinks were good, and we had a blast.
