I usually give most places 5 stars for atmosphere but if I could give more.
This place is amazing, the decor and warm lighting makes The Muddy Rudder a perfect restaurant for date night, dinner with the family, or just a break from all your troubles.
Wide selection of pizza, calzones, and beverages (fountain drinks, tea, and of course, booze.)
If you’re in town definitely take the opportunity to satisfy your hunger for all that this wonderful city has to offer and try The Muddy Rudder Pub.
Vegetarian options: My vegetarian mother comes here with the rest of the family and enjoys it as much as the rest of us.
Parking: Can be a little difficult to find parking during peak hours but trust me when I say, it’s worth it. 100 percent.
Kid-friendliness: Meh. As long as they’re quiet.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the north side of the building for access to the patio and bar.

Love this pub. If you’re lucky enough to get a seat at the bar, you’ll have some wild conversations from some daily locals.
I dig the food and the wide beer selection.

The Muddy Rudder is a warm hug on a cool, foggy riverside walk. She’ll return your kindness and find you two seats right where you want to be. The Muddy Rudder fills your soul with contentment - food, beverages, and a choir of like-spirited, welcoming regulars tapping toes and harmonies along with unassuming world class musicians.
Kid-friendliness: Bring ‘em. Leave your phones in the car - and enjoy REAL family time.

We did the stromboli, pizza and bruschetta. All of it was delicious and timed well (bruschetta was first with time to eat prior to the rest showing up). Wasn't crazy expensive for the amount of food which was a nice change coming from Seattle. Waitstaff was prompt and timely, meaning we weren't waiting nor being hurried which makes a stop more enjoyable to us.
