Connected to the Porter hotel, this is a great little spot for coffee, snacks, and some Portland-centric mixers and products.
We had a hazelnut latte and a white mocha with toasted marshmallow... Delicious!

Tomato soup was inedible. Had obviously been sitting for hours. Everything is expensive here…VERY friendly staff.

I grab coffee from here a lot and always enjoy it! Great staff who work hard and who make great coffees. The donuts are also very fun to try, as they typically try a new donut flavor each month. highly recommend, and it is a coffee spot that stays open later than others (I believe until 630pm?)

The food is fine, the coffee is fine, but the service was odd. The person taking our order was so flustered that they couldn't even get the words out. When a family member asked a simple question about an item in the case, the employee just stared for a few seconds before starting to yell, explaining that they needed to remember the order I had just placed. I understand that it can be difficult to remember orders before entering them, but their attitude was horrible, and I am very frustrated with the experience. If you go to the counter and see a person named Ralph, be aware that you might be yelled at over something related to your order.

Went for a coffee and ended up having one of their home made doughnuts - highly recommend.
Service was a little strange and slow. On the day we visited out of 10 orders they screwed up 7. Which they fixed, but it slowed things down.
Still the slow service wasn't a major issue if you weren't in a huge rush. Coffee and bits made up for it

Counter guy seemed flustered, messed up order for an undecided customer. Should have taken a breather. Finally switched spots with a coworker.

The coffee here is 10/10. I live a few blocks away and have tried all coffee shops in this area. This hidden gem is by far the best coffee around. Very friendly staff too who make a point to remember their customers.

The baristas here were super sweet and the atmosphere is just lovely! Thanks for letting us Miku Expo goers wait for the concert in here from the cold, too. Shoutout to Christina’s kindness, too!!!

While staying at The Porter hotel, I stopped in to grab some water and a quick snack after a long flight from Pittsburgh. Initially, I was hoping for a smoothie but not having those I found another yummy snack, and an Italian soda was recommended. It was so good that I returned everyday. While the sodas and snacks are delicious, i keep going back because Ashley’s energy is like a ray of sunshine during the rainy, chilly days. And we all need some kindness and sunshine in our day. Thank you Ashley for making this lonely traveler’s stay a little brighter!
