I loooove their cashew nut stir fry! The water chestnuts are delightful and it’s packed full of veggies —a true flavor explosion in a wonderful way! This cart is consistently great in flavor and has a nice range of spice for every palate. The portions are big and the service fast.

It’s fresh - I like that part. But this is not proper Thai. In a town full of excellent Thai, this is highly forgettable.

Pad kee mao is repurposed pad see ew and the two dishes share little in common. No spice. Missing some key ingredients.

Wish them well but they need someone to come in and overhaul the flavors.

A new business in a newer food cart area called Hinterland, in Portland OR. If you like spicey tasty Thai food, it's all good. I especially enjoyed their appetizers, while you certainly can get a ful meal there. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Reasonably priced. Be patient since their English is not too fluent. Good stuff!
