Chef Brando catered our law firm’s lunch, and everything was fantastic. His sandwiches were delicious, the soups (we had tortilla soup and gumbo) were amazing, and the balsamic reduction for strawberries afterwards was a perfect addition. Everyone was satisfied and stuffed. We look forward to having Chef Brando cater for us again, and I highly recommend him!
