Superb seafood
Dim sum options are excellent!!! So busy eating we forgot to take pictures
Good fresh food
Low ceiling, open area without privacy. Loud music. Food is better than average. We reserved 7 tables at $500 apiece. That breaks down to $50 per person. Expensive.
I usually order Steam and Salt Chicken and get delivery from Thien Hoang thru GrubHub. It was amazing. I LOVE it so much!
Excellent. We just got takeout for the first time and we will be back. Super sweet service. Delicious sauces, very satisfying, very fresh, great flavours. Excited to try other things on the menu.
I don't often write reviews for places, but I finally decided to write one for Thien Hoang because of how consistent they are with their service and food. A lot of Asian places don't have the best service (if we're comparing them to Western restaurants), and Thien Hoang is one of the exceptions. Their servers are very nice and attentive. Their service is one of the best I have seen when it comes to Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants. The dim sum is not the best, but it's decent for the price! In terms of entrees, the papaya salad, snow pea leaves, salt & pepper squid, and spareribs (dry or sauce) are some of my favorites. Everything is reasonably priced.
I was sick & felt some pho would be good for me. It was terrible! The brisket was dry & crumbly. I paid $5 extra & got a few pieces more.
Then I bought a salad roll with peanut sauce. There was lunch meat in it! I paid $9 for this!! The thin slice you see in the pic is one shrimp that had been cut to show on the outside. Cheap ingredients.... leetuce leaf, rice noodles, bean sprouts, lunch leat & one sliced up shrimp. The peanut sauce wasn't great. I LOVE peanut sauce & have had some great sauce in the past, but this stuff didn't even compare. I could definitely do a better job making this myself at home.
* zero stars for food quality & taste.
Don't waste your time & hard earned money on this cheap food.
Food is consistently good. Service is perfect. I love the family atmosphere. Restaurant is quite large and can be quite busy and talkative. Good vibes always. This is my go to for comfort.
Friendly attentive staff, delicious food

Took my Mom out to lunch, and she chose this place after raving how good the food and service are. To my surprise, she was absolutely right! The food was amazing! Tried some new things along with some favorites like the hot and sour soup. Even brought leftovers home for my husband who lkved as well. Not to mention, the service was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better lunch experience. Wish I had taken some pictures of my delicious lunch to recommend.
A good place for Vietnamese and Chinese food. They also have dim sum. We got some dim sum and entrees.
The batter for the fried items like the sweet and sour pork and salt and paper squid has a vanilla/sweet flavor to it that we didn’t care for but you may like it! I enjoyed the food overall and would try other items on the menu in the future.
Friendly and quick service and the restaurant is clean.
Good sized portions.
I like that you can get pho and Chinese food at the same restaurant. My partner lives pho but I don't and most pho places have a very limited selection of non pho items. Also has a small selection of dim sum on a cart or on a menu at lunch. I got the Kung Pao shrimp and it was great although $20 seems steep still
The dim sum is good but not the best by any means. Although it's one of the best options in the area. The service is great and the people are very friendly. The food was good and I recommend the tripe and bao.
Staff is fast and attentive, food has always been great and fresh.
