Seeing a lot of great reviews for their meat focused dishes here but I’d also like to note that as vegetarians my wife and I absolutely love this place! Saltado soy curls are my wife’s favorite and I LOVE the ramen. Easily the best I’ve had in Portland. This place rules.

I finally had a chance to try the Saltado, with steak!! This is the peruvian version of Poutine - but WAY better! Spicy, Saucy, Amazing Flavor!!! Large portion, great for sharing. Guys in the cart also explained the history behind the dish. I will absolutely get this again! Highly recommend.10/10!

My son and I shared an order of the chicken that was advertised as being like general Taos sweet and spicy chicken. The sauce/seasoning was not sweet or spicy and was just extremely salty. I couldn’t even eat half of it and threw out the leftovers, which I never do. I had horribly acid reflux the rest of the day from eating just a quarter of this meal. The rice was good and well cooked.

Super bomb saltado fries as you can tell by the photo. Nashville hot chicken was perfectly crunchy, not too hot and on a delicately delicious bun. Ramen was full of flavor and a kid pleaser as well.
