Tillamook Market at PDX (Concourse E)

Tillamook Market at Portland International Airport’s Concourse E is a solid stop for travelers looking for a quality bite before their flight. The space is welcoming and well-designed, offering a good variety of food and drinks, along with Tillamook-branded merchandise.

One of the standout features is their selection of hand-scooped ice cream, perfect for a quick treat. Their motto, “Do right by every bite,” is prominently displayed on the wall and bags, and in my experience, they live up to it.

The staff was friendly, and the place wasn’t overly busy—only one person was ahead of me in line. The service was efficient; my food didn’t take too long, but it wasn’t rushed either.

I ordered the Morning Melt from their breakfast “Rise N Shine” menu (available until 10:30 AM). It came with bacon, a cage-free egg, and both sharp and medium Cheddar (naturally, Tillamook) on a bagel. The sandwich arrived hot and was absolutely delicious—exactly what I needed before a flight. The $11 price felt a bit high, but considering it’s an airport, it was expected.

Overall, Tillamook Market is a great option for a tasty, satisfying meal at PDX. If you appreciate quality dairy and a well-made breakfast sandwich, it’s worth the stop.

Dietary restrictions: Not the place for you if you can’t handle dairy.

Parking: It’s located in an airport, you have other issues if you’re trying to park near this location.

Kid-friendliness: As much as any other shop in an airport.

Wheelchair accessibility: Aisles seemed wide enough for wheelchair access.

When you bite into the biscuit used in the breakfast sandwich it crumbles into a bunch of pieces

Gary was extremely rude and short with me. I was already having a stressful day due to anxiety about flying and he made it ten times worse.

This was a nice convenient spot because I wasn’t able to drive 1.5 hours away from the city during my trip to visit Tillamook. I just came here for the ice cream. They offer waffle cones with the ice cream. I asked for samples, and they obliged. They only had about six flavors though. They also sell pints and chapstick with their ice cream flavors!

The 3-scoop flight $10 is nice because you can try three different scoops on a tray.

They also offer hot food here.

Neat Tillamook spot to stop by before boarding--they have both food/drinks and souvenirs/gifts. Prices are on the higher end for Tillamook goods (as expected, at the airport). Clean, ample seating near and around the area. Recommend the mac and cheese + tomato soup with curds. Soup had a wonderful kick and the curds were super squeaky and filling. They also stock bags of curds at this location 😎🧀

This was a great option before an early morning flight. I got the chive biscuit patty melt but they also have bagel sandwich options.

Fantastic stop at PDX! Staff is friendly, ice cream is good, storefront is chill. Go before they reopen the terminal and get swamped again.

Shoutout to Cozette for phenomenal service!

This was our first time trying Tillamook and it was a great experience! We had the cheeseburger and ice cream. The food was tasty while the quality seems good as well. The one thing that stood out the most to me was the customer service, the team was so patience and accommodating, which makes it easy to have a nice memory from it. Shout out to Sierra who helped us with the ice cream part; she was so considerate and thoughtful. I was having trouble picking out the flavors and not only was she not annoyed by it but became even more helpful, totally employee of the month vibes! I wish all my experience could be like that if not more like it..
