My car caught on fire nearby. When I returned the car was still there (the next day)!During both visits I observed a busy spot with seemingly happy people leaving the restaurant.Note to self** come back and visit when car Not on fire.

Causal place that you can talk, sing and eat some decent Vietnamese and Chinese food. We like their wings, fried rice, beef, calamari. The only drink they serve is water and the Vietnamese coffee. No dessert. The other side is a bar with gambling machines.

Best bun Bo hue I’ve had. My first Vietnamese food place when I moved to Portland 11 years ago. Still my favorite!-burger girl (as the bartender knew me haha)

Wings are great. For some reason the person taking the order couldn't tell me how many wings came in one order. I thought that was odd. We received 18 wings for $45. In case anyone is ever curious before ordering. Crispy and tasty wings.

We went to Utopia for the first time tonight. It was about 6PM. We liked everything we ordered, but especially the beef in wine, the pepper salted squid and the fried rice. The quality of the beef was very high--tender--and was cooked medium rare to perfection. Fairly large square chunks. We will definitely return and try more things.

Good place to go with a group of friends and do family style after a night of drinking when there's nothing else open nearby but McDonald's. FYI - if you come late, there's a high chance that you'll walk in on an intense karaoke session. After drinking, everything here tastes delicious. House special fried rice is my fav. Next time I get it, I need to concentrate and figure out how they make it so I can make it myself at home LOL Things I recommend: Fried rice BBH fish sauce wings Bo luc lac Bo tai chanh

Food is amazing, drinks are great and the staff/bartender very nice people. The pot stickers and the steak bites are my favorite and the pork fried rice. Weekends they are suppppeeerrr busy but still worth it, I frequent this place as much as I can.

My go-to for late night meals, they close around 2am! We always order our go-to dishes, the bo luc lac(steak cubes, we ask for med. Rare, as sometimes its too well done for our liking) and the chicken wings. We also love getting the big pot of bun bo hue to share, its pretty good! The salt/pepper squid is good too! Also, the "raw beef" dish(what i call it), its so flavorful with the sauces.

This place is alright. I'd say average. I didn't find anything wrong with it. It's quite small and the picture on the descriptive page that shows a big expensive bar is not a photo of this place. Don't know why it's on their page unless someone wants you to get the wrong impression. I was simply there to play poker.

Steak bites are to die for. Drinks are excellent. Usually quiet during the week and hilarious karaoke on the weekends.
