Food is great. Loud karaoke bar but the food is so so delicious 🤤
This is not the typical Pho place that I’m used to. The dishes were a wide range of well prepared and flavorful mix. The portions are quite large, three of us shared two dishes and egg roll appetizer.
A little hidden gem on 82nd avenue. Quiet, quaint, and with a phenomenal Vietnamese food menu with large portions made from scratch and absolutely outstanding.

Notable menu items are the beef in wine, the pepper salted squid, and the tasty, tender beef cubes with vegetables. The beef is of high quality, tender, and cooked to perfection. Utopia is a bustling location with a lively atmosphere and happy customers. They serve Vietnamese coffee and water, but no dessert. The pho is a bit sweet, but the porridge and salt & pepper shrimp & squid are yum. Service is great, it's open late, and has tables for large groups. The interior is no frills but nice, and the food arrives piping hot without burning.
