We had an amazing dinner today at vanakkam pdx. The taste was ultimate. We ordered Andra Kara dosa, podi idly, chicken biriyani combo. Huge portion and rates were very reasonable. We definitely visit again when we pass by Portland for sure.

Absolutely love this place! I ordered the goat biryani, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly spiced, flavorful, and the meat was tender. Hands down, this is now my go-to spot for Indian food in Portland.
What really blew me away, though, was the kindness of the owner. I wasn’t feeling great because of the weather and casually mentioned that I could use some rasam. Not only did they accommodate me, but they generously gave me an entire tub of it for free. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and that kind of hospitality is rare these days.
