This place has the best curry-infused mac and cheese on the face of the earth. So so flavorful, great presentation, food was made hot and fresh for me on the spot. Could not recommend more!

I ordered the village curry tofu cooked with medium spice and it was great. Super flavorful, potatoes were well cooked and the medium spice was perfect for me. It was my first time and I'll definitely be back.

The best food truck in Portland! The food is soooo good and the owners are so kind and friendly. If you haven't tried Burmese tea leaf salad before this is the place to do it!Dietary restrictions: I have many food allergies/intolerances and they were very accommodating.

I had the village noodles (made vegan/spicy) and they were amazing. It's definitely spicy but still able to enjoy the flavor. My partner got the village salad (medium) and the flavor was sooo good. Decent portion sizes and friendly staff. This place rocks.

Hands down one of the best food trucks in Sellwood. Food is amazing and the owners are super friendly. I had the Village Noodles and today I had the Pumpkin masala - it’s like a flavor bomb in my mouth. I could eat here everyday (if I could afford to eat out everyday). If you haven’t tried this place YOU MUST!

If you're looking for good Burmese fusion food this is the place to go! They have vegetarian and vegan options so there's an option for everyone! During my first visit I tried the Village Noodles with tofu and I was not disappointed! This dish does have nuts so if you have allergies make sure to bring this to their attention. I had been craving good noodles and this hit the spot. I also tried the Village Salad (with no rice) and it was the best salad I've had in a while. Full of flavor and if I wasn't full I would have ordered more for later. My second visit I went with the owners recommendation and tried the Eggplant Curry. I was hesitant because I'm not usually a fan of eggplant but once again I was so impressed. The eggplant was cooked perfectly and the sauce was incredible. I highly recommend trying Village Kitchen! Support your local small businesses :)I can't wait to try everything on their menu!

Wow! Run, don’t walk to Village Kitchen. We have been meaning to come try it for a while and are kicking ourselves for not going sooner. Everything was so flavorful, fresh and delicious. We ordered the Village Salad medium spicy and it was our favorite. We also ordered the Village Cooking with pork mild and the Mac-riah Curry pork mild. We would have gotten spicy, but we were sharing with our 3 year old. Both were incredibly delicious and devoured. Our 3 year old enjoyed them as well. Even hours later, we keep saying yum. I can’t wait to go back for more!

I love this place! The food is so unique and fresh. It's run by this really cute gay couple and one of them is actually from Burma! So you know you're having authentic Burmese food. I can't say enough about their Village Cooking dish...it's so fragrant and savory, it will keep you wanting to come back for more. Also, I've never tasted anything like their Tea Salad. Super fresh, super crunchy, super tasty. Highly recommend, 10/10, 100%

WOW! Delicious is an understatement. Got this through TGTG and I'm blown away! I'll definitely be back.
