“The owner Sam is the warmest start to anyone's day. He will remember your name, favorite drink, and ask how your wife's last work trip went. He honestly remembers everything and creates such a welcoming space. A one-man machine making excellent coffee, creating chia tea on the side, and somehow getting home with plenty of time to spend with his daughter. Big props to this business!“

“Ordered quite a number of things: bacon pancakes, eggs Benedict, the sourdough French toast (also, a side of link sausages). Was some of the best breakfast food I have had period. Also the service was excellent! Definitely go early, it’s busy but it gets busier as the morning goes on. 10 stars“

“They seem to have moved into a permanent location. Not certain if the bus is still in operation. Very inviting space and friendly service. The location has ample seating options and lots of big windows for natural light. Large selection of traditional styles of coffee, but I was in the mood for something cold. Server recommended the Minty Thing, and it was amazing!“

“While visiting my adult children in Portland this weekend, they brought me here for brunch before traveling back home. What a gem of a find! Loved the atmosphere, sandwich was outstanding, I will return again when back in town.“

“A really awesome little boba shop. With a large selection of delicious drinks. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, joyful and full of energy. The staff are wonderful and nice. We enjoyed their yummy bubble tea. I highly recommend the Okinawa milk tea, taro and avocado smoothies.👍“

“As we have been in Bellpine a dozen times since 2024 we see changes that happen in their menus and schedule. We had breakfast, lunch (when lunch was still served) , brunch and dinner in the past.. This time we were there for brunch. We think that it was a good idea to combine breakfast and lunch menus and serve brunch every day. The menu for brunch is bigger and has a lot of items to choose from. The only problem we noticed is that the portions are not proportional. We ordered crab sandwich last year , which more like crab roll with brioche that was fine. It is listed among "sandwiches", but the portion this time was too small for any sandwich. It reminds their dinner appetizer that is called Crab Berliner. The size of the crab sandwich cannot be the same as the appetizer. The white bread was tasty, but it was not brioche. Belgian waffle is listed with desserts, but it is more like a separate meal. On a positive note the food was well prepared and the menu items are changed in a timely manner. The city views are stunning and the dining room is very well decorated. The service was exceptional. We hope to see more positive changes in this restaurant in the future. Highly recommend it for special celebrations.“
