This is our local wendys and I'm here with the tweens probably at least once a week. Their service has always been amazing for the past 10yrs until about a week and a half ago. I came through here with my son and his order was not right, my Cobb salad did not have the bacon and the girl in the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. I went back tonight, she was just as rude and kept her back turned. Telay (sp?) is horrible at customer service and is not a good fit for this location...

these poor guys were out of fries and out of chicken nuggets and the manager and employees did a wonderful job of smiling through the stress trying to appease customers and being as sincere as possible. well done people.
