X Noodles & Dumplings is a restaurant with very satisfying and authentic flavors. The food is quite good, amazing, and excellent. The hand-pulled noodles are fresh and made by hand, and you can pick or swap your noodle type. Dishes include spicy beef noodle soup, spicy chicken flat noodles, spicy flat noodles, dan dan noodles, and chicken chow mein. The spice level is well balanced and a good amount. The dim sum dishes are very tasty. Options include sticky rice siu mai, pork and shrimp siu mai, BBQ pork buns, pork xlb, and the beef and onion meat pie. The siu mai has a perfect texture, is super juicy and flavorful, and some have soup inside. The restaurant is very generous with the meat in some dishes. The soup can be a little bit salty. The staff is very friendly, super courteous, and provides quick service. The place is very nice and clean with nice decor. It is a great location, though sometimes there is a waiting line with tables completely full. The total price can be a really great deal, though some items may be higher priced than expected. Overall, it is a go-to place.
