I am obsessed with video games, this is definitely the place to go if you want to play older or newer games while eating bomb food and good drinks!

Took a risk and ordered takeout from a place we'd never been that looked like an arcade bar with a funky menu. It was totally worth it! I have food allergies and asked for no onion in my online order. Long story short I ended up on the phone with the chef who talked to me about what he could do to make me an allergy friendly meal. It was so kind and the food was delicious! I was bummed I couldn't try the curry everyone was raving about, but my rice bowl was tasty and the food came fast! My friend got the crab Rangoon and chicken satay. The peanut sauce on the satay was thick and delicious. The chicken was also SUPER tender - chicken satay can be dry so I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely give this place a try! Super convenient that they're open so late.

So fun! Loved the retro gaming bar concept going on here. It was quite a surprise for us, we were expecting just a sit-down japanese restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised with the $5 all you can play retro games as well. Food was tasty and the drinks are good too. Great first evening spent in Portland

This place was so much fun! Loved the games, the drinks, the staff were friendly, cool patio. The curry was delicious. The oyakodon was actually a bit disappointing because it didn't really have much flavor. And the curry was so good that it just tasted bland in comparison. I ended up leaving most of the oyakodon and ordering the yakisoba instead which was also amazing and super flavorful! I would totally recommend this place as well as the curry and yakisoba.

This was exactly what I wanted and didn't know I needed. Are you wanting a quick trip to Hawaii without the expensive plane ticket and traveling right now? Then order the spam musubi!! It tastes identical to what you get in Hawaii. I will be ordering from here again because it exceeded my expectation for a place that is on the newly opened list!!

Great unique Japanese menu and cool themed cocktails with a nice covered and heated patio. One of the few places you can go out to and have dinner and a drink right now. And when things open back up it’s the best video game bar in Portland.

Refreshing amazing comfort food. The food is clean and not greasy at all. You don't feel weighed down afterwards. The oyakodon broth is more refreshing and lighter than my mom's. Omg the musubi is the freshest in all of PDX take out. The traditional fluffy sando サンド made my day! ❤️

I was so excited to find Yoshi's Kitchen because they have oyakodon and I haven't had this in years. It was so good and nostalgic. My boyfriend loves the vibe of their building, and we'll def be back!

We ordered Pickup for the first time a few weeks ago and found ourselves craving the curry again this week! It's really good food, reminds me of eating at my grandmothers house. Excited to see that the patio is open for safe dining but also appreciate the ability to take these tasty meals home with a Togo cocktail. If you're thinking of trying, just do it! The tamago sando is exceptional and reminds me of my honeymoon in Japan! Arigatōgozaimasu!

The food was on point and portioned generously. We tried the chicken and vegan curry! I honestly liked the vegan option better but both were solid. The musubi was fire and my absolute favorite was the curry toast! Looking forward to trying the other options!

Delicious! I’ve tried Japanese comfort food several times and this was the best. Very excited to try the whole menu. Highly recommend!

Had the curry last night and it was amazing. Warm flavors not spicy very comforting. The tamago sando was also delicious. I'm definitely gonna be ordering again

Japanese comfort food that reminds me of the curry bowls I used to get in Hawaii. Simple, reasonably priced menu with good flavor. A+ would curry again.
