An amazing dinner and breakfast experience! Although, dinner was kinda crashed by heavy rain that brought outdoor people in and it was LOUD. The service was extremely accommodating though, prompt and friendly. The bartender who served me was on top of it and very respectful, checking in during my meal. The food was beautiful and so delicious!! I had steelhead with artichoke hearts and fennel, followed by a chocolate custard with salted caramel topping. And breakfast was steelhead eggs benedict. SO GOOD!!!
Restaurant inside was super loud and noisy! So we opted to sit outside, which was nice! Food was just ok. I am not a fan of Canola oil and they use that at the Ranch House for a high-end resort I'm surprised they would use that why not straight up olive oil or avocado oil. Brasada Ranch please consider using straight olive oil in your salad dressings Please and not having any Canola in your resturantsđđ» Thank you!!
Awesome food and service. I donât get the negative reviews. Everything was great for us.

Brasada prices suggest a luxury experience, but that is certainly not what we experienced. For context we are a family of 5 staying in a cabin at Brasada. Waited 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast when it was less than half full. Waited another 30 minutes for coffee once seated. We left after an hour and a half of waiting for food. The table next to us that was seated at least 30 min after us got their food first! Clearly the waitresses were unhappy and I know they were busy, but there werenât very many tables to serve! No apologies until we expressed displeasure with the lack of attentiveness. Had to ask for a refill in coffee⊠this was truly crazy. We were willing to be patient, but not willing to waste half a day waiting for breakfast. Very disappointing and we will not return to Brasada to stay.

Our evening was really great mostly due to our server, Ashley. She was very helpful as one of our party is very deaf, Ashley put us in a private room. The pizza was delicious and the view of the Sisters made for a lovely evening. All of the servers at the Ranch house do a great job but Ashley gets extra stars for recognizing that we had a problem and helping us.
Mushroom & spinach pizza is the best! Steak is also really good đ

Celebrated St Pats in style with a delicious Corn Beef dish SPECIAL.....I teased one of our friends....his plate looked like it had been run through the dishwasher.
Pizza was cold with poor cheese without taste. Served cold ahead of other 3 entrees. Steelhead good, as was chicken salad. St. Patrick's Day special was tender, but not properly prepared or cooked like special instead of baked brisket. Service was average at best. We needed to ask several times for iced tea, not served as requested. Plates had to be requested without much thought to anticipating our needs. The pizza was a disappointment since the last honey, pepperoni, tomatoe sauce pie was excellent but removed from menu. Bottom line, we waited a month before returning and now will hold off for awhile. We want to dine more often at Brasada but the experience is much better elsewhere. Pls work on training staff how to properly serve, keep standards on menu in case new choices are not selected. Tx.
The food was all very good, but the parmesan dip in particular was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very special on our anniversary.
Food was poor quality. Potatoes were extremely greasy. Ever received the avocado I requested. Service was lackingâshift change during meal?? Not good for a resort type of atmosphere. We would not recommend having breakfast at Brasada Ranch.

We weren't thrilled with the food choices but our service (Ashley) was over the top and made up for where anything fell short.
Christmas Day was VERY well spent at the Ranch House - nice casual cozy feel and food and service was perfect!
The thanksgiving dinner must of been pre plated. The vegetables and stuffing were cold. The pie had a terrible crust. The staff was excellent, but the food was a disappointment.
Good friendly service Food was served cold Expected classer atmosphere way to casual for the price Almost like a Dennys
Incredibly underwhelming experience for a supposed luxury resort restaurant. Who doesnât have a single vegan menu item available in 2024? We were able to customize a pizza, and I would have rather eaten one from home. The smoked tomato sauce tasted like a forest fire - just because you can does not mean you should. Our server was very kind and accommodating, but the restaurant itself left so much to be desired. We will not be returning to the resort, and the restaurant was just one of the reasons why.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were scarce, vegan options were non existent.
