Incredibly underwhelming experience for a supposed luxury resort restaurant. Who doesn’t have a single vegan menu item available in 2024? We were able to customize a pizza, and I would have rather eaten one from home. The smoked tomato sauce tasted like a forest fire - just because you can does not mean you should. Our server was very kind and accommodating, but the restaurant itself left so much to be desired. We will not be returning to the resort, and the restaurant was just one of the reasons why.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options were scarce, vegan options were non existent.

Service was great. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Steelhead was very good-task and prepared well. Spaghetti and meatballs, no so much. Spaghetti was not drained properly leaving a watery soup in the bottom of the bowl and diluting the sauce. The sauce was not mixed with the spaghetti, it was just a ladle of sauce on top. This has happened to me before with this dish at the Ranch House. There is a proper way to make spaghetti, the kitchen should learn about it.
Food was absolutely amazing! Great portion sizes and outstanding flavor. The waitress was super nice and attentive. The room was kind of hard to hear one another in but overall the environment was nice. We put in our reservation that it was for an anniversary dinner so I'd hoped that something would come of that but nothing special was offered or mentioned.
The view was wonderful although the glass outside was a mess of handprints to look through from our table. I'm not sure how a ranch can offer only one type of steak and it was chewy and fatty. Not worth it. Wish we picked something inside the town of Bend but the drive out to the ranch was gorgeous.
We spent a weekend getaway for our 11 year wedding anniversary at Brasada. When booking our dinner reservations we added anniversary to our note. We did get our outside seating that we reserved though we got one of the two worst tables outside next to a fire pit that just smokes. When asking if we could move to a table along the edge with a view we were told they were specifically reserved. A second couple was almost sat at the other worst table available yet she complained of the smoke and was able to move to a table with an awesome view. Our service is what was the bummer My husband asked “what's the Pilsner you have?” Our waitress answered “it's a beer” He was clearly asked what brand When he asked what a food item that was on the menu she literally read everything listed in that food item that was on the menu rather than explaining what it was not just listing the ingredients. Drinks were slow and the inside was less than half full. My husband snuck away to remind them of our anniversary. Our waitress came back with a menu and said “he said it's your anniversary you get a free desert if you wanna pick one from here” Just not the experience I wanted when dressed up for a special night The facility itself is pretty and the food was good
Lovely venue and view but THAT'S IT. Service was poor, food service/delivery was wrong and all at once; drinks, salads, entrees, boom, here you go.... Offer was to compensate me for dessert? We ate and left as quickly as possible, bad deal.
They were awesome. My friend was running very late motorcycling from coast. I changed res 3 times and finally the very last time to be able to get food. We arrived and ordered quickly. Food was great and all the staff friendly and helpful. They didn't rush us.
Food was amazing and views were even better!

The service is as great but the food was not. It was quite pricey but not tasty. The meatballs had not seasoning, just tasted like hamburger. I ordered wild mushroom ravioli and there was 7 pieces of pasta. I am happy to pay for good food but this was never t great. Staff was wonderful though!
Fantastic evening!!! The staff was very accommodating to reserve a great table for myself and my out of town guests to watch a fantastic sunset. Our server, Autumn was great and very gracious in letting us hold the table for a extended period of time so that we could observe the sunset Thank you very much!!!

My pizza was undercooked and soggy. Service was sub par—had to wait for water refill for some time. Spaghetti noodles in kids pasta was overcooked/soggy. Portion size of burger was small. Very loud in restaurant.

Wonderful Desert Surprise. We went here at the last minute for an anniversary dinner. Dynamite view out through to the high desert. Food surpassed our expectations. Excellent starter salad topped with strawberries and a light vinaigrette. Fresh NW steelhead, perfectly cooked, served over fresh greens and new potatoes. My buttermilk fried chicken was right on, crisp coating and moist chicken. Desert was a silky panna cotta with peach compote. Service was professional and friendly. Negative - There are no quiet tables. Definite mix of bar scene and resort families with small children. No place for a quiet conversation, but the excellent food won us over.
Food was very overpriced and not good at all. Mushroom pizza was essentially inedible. The smoke mushrooms were completely overwhelming and ruined the entire pizza. Fried chicken was incredibly greasy. Honestly the best thing we received was my daughters cheesy noodles and starter salad from the kids menu. Very disappointed with our meal. Especially after paying nearly $200, we still left hungry.
We dined here twice and both time got a great service (from Marika) . The food is great - we tasted almost every dish on the menu and liked them all! The salad with steelhead, hot wings, mushroom stake and so much more!
