Love the food, location, service. Worth it when you're visiting Brasada Ranch. Very reasonable prices for fine dining. I ordered the halibut and it was delicious. Also the schmores roasting fire peat was amazing. I have a very picky 6 year old and didn't really like anything on the menu but the schmores. I told the server that we need to pick him up a pizza from the other restaurant and she called in and ordered the pizza for me so that it's ready after I was done dining at Wild...read full review
Always great food. We had the lamb and the pavlova. View of the mountains can't be beat ( when smoke permits). A little pricey but the food and service are awesome.
Great dinner at Wild Rye! Got a table last minute and had a wonderful experience with Trenton and the team!

Wild Rye Restaurant and Bar offers a delightful dining experience with gorgeous Cabanas and fantastic staff. The restaurant serves an impressive buffet with absolutely amazing food, praised by the chefs' excellent work. Guests can enjoy a relaxing spa day before their meal. The attentive server adds to the enjoyable atmosphere, making this a splendid choice for a special treat. The scenery is beautiful as guests watch the sunset outside, providing views that could easily earn five stars. For the food, guests ordered lots of appetizers and found them to be better than their main. Oysters were so plump and sweet, definitely some of the best. The little Gem salad was excellent, and the beef carpaccio had great flavors. Guests enjoyed the halibut and the pork tenderloin, both noted as excellent, along with the mushrooms that stood out as exceptional. The dinner rolls with smoked butter were highly praised, and the meringue dessert was also noted as exceptional. The overall dining experience is excellent, with a carefully chosen menu that highlights seasonal bounty. However, some found the chef smokes too much of the menu, which overwhelmed the dishes with too much smoke flavor. The experience includes amazing cocktails and an extensive spirits list, which delights those who appreciate fine drinks. The patio is stunning, the view is gorgeous, and the atmosphere and wait staff are top-notch. The meal, from appetizers to main course to shared plates and wine, is perfection and a night to remember. The staff, including Chef, are casual yet very professional, making the dining experience truly enjoyable.
