I am a little perplexed by some of the negative reviews on here. First, this is the companion restaurant to the resort's more high end restaurant, the Wild Rye. It has a laid back, tavern vibe, and is clearly not trying to be anything it isn't... which is a good thing. You go in there to sit back and relax, have some decent food, and enjoy the view. Brasada Ranch is truly a unique experience, one not to be missed! Exceptional food, views, service and room was perfect.
Diverse and delicious menu. Servers were very personable. Outdoor tables provide a great view of the mountains in the distance and a gorgeous sunset!

Ranch House Restaurant is a charming spot for those staying in the area, especially since there are limited dining options nearby.
