The manager at night is always yelling at the staff! She is not nice, she complains about not having staff but won’t hirer people cause I know a few people that have applied. She is definitely not nice when the staff get behind they can’t help that it’s busy it’s not their fault at all. Orders can back up but the staff are so wonderful even after being yelled at have a smile on their face! I don’t think customers want to hear people being yelled at!
Slowest taco Bell I've ever been to and there staffs friendly ness has gone way down not even a sorry for the wait just give me your money here's your cold food bye. Worst service I've had so

food is okay, the wait is always forever and if you’re going to close earlier permanently now please change your hours online. pretty disappointing when i get there and you’re closed, a waist of gas and time on my part. also since you guys close at 10 what are you still doing in the store at almost 1 in the morning??
