From the highway it looks small, uninviting and windowless but don't let that fool you! Once you step inside it's surprisingly huge, open at the back with daylight streaming in and high ceilings -- it's big and comfortable!
While we enjoy this place a lot, if you're going to have live music you need more servers. We shouldn't have to go up to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to order our drinks and get menus. Same with the people outside coming in to order. There were at least 40 people inside & out. I truly felt for the bartender. She was staying positive but could tell she was definitely overwhelmed. I get it if someone called in. Hopefully this changes.

The tavern has a welcoming atmosphere, with a decent-sized crowd on weekdays. Visitors can enjoy a variety of drinks, including the unique "Glenn Taggart Camel Driver," a vodka and Cinnabomb cocktail named after a local pioneer. The food is always great, though waits can be a little long if the bar is busy. The bartenders are attentive and nice, and the backyard and covered outdoor patio provide enjoyable spaces to relax.
