They serve the best Reuben sandwiches, French dip, quesadillas, and turkey wraps in Central Oregon. Owners Mark and Laura learn most guests' names and visit among their tables. Dogs are welcome on the covered, heated patio. Brewery takeovers are great fun! Give this great place a visit.“

“We were “those people” who showed up right before closing…AND on a Sunday nonetheless. But what we were greeted with was some of the best customer service & genuine character that we’ve experienced. Brett, our bartender was happy to see us, made us feel comfortable & right at home. She went above & beyond to make sure we not only enjoyed our time but that we would certainly be back.

10/10 recommend the Wayfarer & Brett.

“We literally just stumbled on the absolute GEM while staying at the fair grounds for the reggae festival (food within walking distance is limited in that area). This place was a little slice of heaven honestly. We sat outside in the most beautiful covered patio area, watched the golfers in the most serene setting, ate delicious food (priced very reasonably), drank a perfectly crisp Hazy IPA (don’t even get me started on how impressed I was that they even had a Hazy), and to top it off our waiter (gosh darnit..I don’t get his name..brown hair…not too old haha) was just good vibes all around..a person you just like instantly. This experience truly was a blessing and I am so grateful that it happened.“

“What a great find. Hit them up on a Thursday night, didn't know it was prime rib night. Reminds me of a Las Vegas weekend prime rib special, the cut was perfectly cooked, horseradish was damn hot, and the potato was overflowing with toppings. Totally got my money worth here. Service was awesome, beer was cold, and food was damn delicious. Keep it up, see ya next Thursday, and next Thursday, and let me try taco Tuesday.“

“The burger I had was outstanding. I've eaten a LOT of burgers in my life, and this was definitely one of the best ones.
It's just a shame that the french fries completely ruined the experience. They were either soggy & raw inside, or burned on the outside. They're attempting thick fries, and it just doesn't land. Some people might be into it, but I was not.

The service was fine, no issues there. Nothing exceptional either.

We went at 11am on a Tuesday, so it was exceptionally quiet. Hard to judge the atmosphere based on my particular experience.

It was expensive by my standards. But so was everything else in Bend, so fair enough.

I'd return, but I wouldn't get fries. I'd sub them for something else.“

“Cute little saloon with a big country vibe. The staff behind the counter were attentive and even offered me a yummy treat. Clean and didn't have a smell, which is something I definitely look for when I stop in a bar. Lots of slot machines and seating available.“
