“Had breakfast at The Original Pancake House and as always, everything was absolutely delicious! The food never disappoints, and our server was extremely nice and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The best part for us is that they offer gluten-free options, which can be hard to find sometimes without sacrificing flavor. Everything was fresh, tasty, and worth coming back for.

“Their extensive beer choices are visible on the DigitalPour app. Free peanuts, sports screens, and familiar customers to chat with keep people engaged when visiting. They serve the best Reuben sandwiches, French dip, quesadillas, and turkey wraps in Central Oregon. Owners Mark and Laura learn most guests' names and visit among their tables. Dogs are welcome on the covered, heated patio. Brewery takeovers are great fun! Give this great place a visit.“

“We rented Gompers for my wife's birthday party. Michael as well as was his staff were great to work with. Gompers was perfect for our 40+ guests and would be great for a gathering twice that big. From the customized menu to the wonderful drinks it was an evening to remember.“

“Good views and wonderful servers. Limited menu but pretty good. Disappointed on prices going up on the salads and portions have gone to smaller portions. Used to always order, but no more as not worth the price now. Watch portions on the flatbreads too. Last visit saw a LOT of bare dough instead of toppings . Love the servers and views!“

Their cucumber salad wasn’t great imo. The belt selection is really underwhelming and limited selections causing you to order from the menu and the prices are different from what you would assume a plate of what it would be on the belt.
Service was good. And honestly the salmon sashimi is a good price.“

“Came for some coffee and breakfast ítems with the family and upon walking in were hit with a welcoming atmosphere. The barista was beyond helpful and friendly, so grateful for her service! Tried a butterscotch gingerbread large latte which had a big impression with our large group. Can't wait to come back again!“

“I live in Texas now. I would sell a kidney if I had to in order to go back to Redmond and order my pad thai, wontons, and thai iced tea. Every other place I’ve ordered pad thai from is either dry, tastes like ketchup, or burnt. I miss you Thaio. Next time I come to Redmond Oregon you are the first place I’m going to.“

“I absolutely love the Brassie Burger at Niblick & Greene's in Redmond, Oregon! The outdoor dining is perfect, especially with the live music setting the mood. The bar staff is top-notch, and the craft cocktails are always on point. Located near Eagle Crest, it’s a must-visit spot for great food, drinks, and atmosphere!“

“We wandered in off the street, this establishment stays open a little later than most here. Quickly seated, got menus. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers. Always on the lookout for great N/A I ordered the house-made ginger beer. SO GOOD! Anyway, appetizers - We had:
Patatas Bravas - yummy fingerling potatos
Mushroom Tartine - this is PHENOMENAL, their amazing sourdough bread topped with mushrooms, goat cheese and herbs. Now mind you, it comes with 3 servings, and with four of us, well it was hard to split up. I wish we wouldve asked if they could do 4 pieces for incremental charge. I loved it so much if I come back this might even be my entree.
Roasted Eggplant - omg, with spiced yogurt and pomegranate seeds, what an amazing taste combination!
Braised Cabbage, in a curry broth, this was inhaled as well.
While the others ordered the various pizzas, I had the Flame and Field Steak Salad, 6oz sirloin on radicchio salad with an amazing blue cheese dressing and lots of other stuff. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked to med rare and seasoned. And i'll mention, they dont put any salt/pepper on the table here, and they dont need to :) Service was on the ball, kind respectful and informative. The ambiance is very, well, TERRA. Lol. Look up on the wall, terracotta pots, lol. For excellent gourmet food, much of it vegan and glutenfree, prices were super reasonable. I'll come back here pronto next time I'm in town.“
