Place is meh, food was subpar and overpriced, service was slow, servers were clearly overwhelmed, and the front host was very rude.
Surprised to see the joint Applebees & IHOP but more surprised with value breakfast. Great amount of food for us seniors, not too busy on a Weds 9’ish so great service. Love their pancakes
Very slow to make two eggs and a biscuit. The whole thing took about 30 minutes to arrive and I was late my next appointment.
