First time customers. Worst avocado toast I’ve ever had. Where’s the Avocado?? Paper thin warm (never serve warm avocado) spread of day old tasting guacamole that melted into the bread, ick. Sunny side up egg completely uncooked, runny-snotty yuck. How could the chef not see that?? How could he serve completely uncooked eggs.

Sourdough bread and bacon was good but otherwise worse than meh. Husbands food was also just meh. SO disappointing! Chef is missing the most important ingredient- the love. Wont return.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they do have wheelchair accessibility outside, I don't know if their door going inside is quite big enough, but sure, try.

The first time we came, service was fantastic and the food and coffee were incredible! We were there about 11:30 and we're allowed to order breakfast for the kids and lunch for us. This second time, the coffee was so bitter and made wrong and the server was short and rude with us. It was 11:45 and we absolutely could not get any lunch item until it was 12 but also, the kids were not allowed pancakes even though their special on the board outside was a chocolate chip pancake.

I ordered something I never ordered at a restaurant, I did not like it.Husband loved his food. We share everything, so that works out.

Just stop looking. Go here if they are open. Coffee is amazing and they don't burn their Expresso shots. Have only had the breakfast food but it has been delicious and they actually care about what they do. That being said their service is amazing and the owner is very personable. Their white gravy doesn't come from a can and I'm a huge fan of their corned beef breakfasts and would recommend. Atmosphere is very relaxed and is a good place to go with company or if traveling through.

Jackson’s is a very fun little diner with great food and friendly staff. If you’re driving through, definitely stop in and get something, and if you have room, their pies are amazing!

We were disappointed. Heard good things & reviews were generally good. Our food was fine … when we finally got it. We ordered a Papa Jackson’s omelette with hash browns & Joe’s special scramble with fruit cup. Also a mocha. We got the mocha after many minutes & then waited maybe 20 more minutes & the omelette arrived with both hash browns & the fruit. My husband asked about his order & the gal seemed surprised & said “oh! There’s two? So we figured she went back to get the other & waited & waited.. finally I started eating before my food got too cold. My husband went to the counter to ask about his food & only then was the order put it. I was long done with my food before he got his.
Mistakes and miscommunications do happen & an apology would have been nice. As it was .. nothing! They could have at least comped the mocha. Ironically the table next to us forgot to specify the type of milk for her drink & was not charged for that drink. We weren’t rude & didn’t make a big deal or do a “Karen” on them but would have been less disappointed if they at least had acknowledged the mess up.

Used to love them and was so glad they had high quality. But last couple of months, quality has been dropped massively. We've given this place business 2X/week on average. Seems like they used to care about our business and don't anymore because we literally get: the wrong order, mangled sandwiches, bread so toasted that it hurts the roof of our mouth to eat it, soggy bread, benefits SOAKED in gravy (seriously swimming, the bread was completely soggy) when other times there's been very little and when we asked for a tiny bit more, was told this is their normal amount. Really? They need to properly standardize, follow customer's requests, and treat regulars like regulars.
Is it the newly hired young people that are working there now?? I don't know what's happened to the quality here but it makes me sad!
The owners are nice and care about customer service so this will hopefully get to them as well!

Great spot for breakfast. The eggs benidect are excelent. Service was very good and the scones are awesome.
