“Haven't gone here in a bit but I wanted to make just againat the horrible reviews left on this place.I've gone here several times since a few years ago, and not once has the staff treated me with less respect than I treated them with. I don't know why people have been so insistent the owner/manager and staff is the problem - I always say please and thank you and the staff will respond in kind if you are respectful. Never do I have a problem with my order, never have I felt like a staff member was being rude even once, never have I left never wanting to go back for a while.I don't think people understand local businesses don't have to worry about a corporation constantly telling them what to do. Here they will respond in kind to how you treat them. So if you experience any sort of negativity, you probably deserved it. Lie and say you were polite, but the people who go here and actually respect the people who work here will see right through that. It's disappointing what people try to do to get free stuff from a locally owned business. Do better.To Bubble Tea House: I appreciate you guys and look forward to my next bubble tea outing.“
