I was recommended this place by a local woman who lives in the area as she said it was one of her favorite places to eat. When you first walk in you encounter the convenience store and in the back you can see the small dining area for the restaurant. As you would expect from any small diner out in the rural country it is wonderfully informal, without ignoring hospitality. The service is definitely the star of the show at the Yankton restaurant. Its a true old school Grocery / restaurant.If you can remember the The Mist store youll love the Yankton store.Down home, done right- pies from scratch are to die for! Burgers are a so good you wont mind the heart attack from its fatty goodness- it is that good!

We love this place but don’t go off their website prices and make the mistake I did . On the website a bacon cheeseburger is $6.50. Ops
