19th At Battle Creek Clubhouse

Went in for dinner with a friend. The Hispanic bartender appeared to be extremely intoxicated came up and told me I wasn’t allowed there. I thought it was a joke. He could hardly complete a sentence or give a coherent explanation. Slurring words. We left. It was humiliating to say the least. 0/5 stars. I’ve never been so embarrassed, not for me. For him and this establishment. Dude was clearly hammered.

Went for the first time and nobody came to take my order. I went to the bar and he just looked at me and went on talking with his friend. I just walked out

Jose at 19th at Battle Creek Clubhouse was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The drinks were excellent, the service was top-notch, and the food was incredible. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time. Highly recommend stopping in — great atmosphere, amazing food, and outstanding bartending from Jose!

Cool place great bartender and cook.

Service was slow. I'd prefer silverware not handed to me with bare hands, but wrapped in napkin. We wanted tomato added to cheeseburger and charged $2 for that. We wanted sweet potato fries instead of regular and charged for that. This place really nichol and dimes you for everything.

Woahhhh buddy. I came in for the first time with a friend. The total was just over 12$ . Tipped 3$. Today shows my account was charged for over $20. They straight up changed the tip after I left. I have already contacted my credit card company. Not to mention standing there for 10 minutes while the bar tender played favorites to the locals. Stay far away.

Coldest beer in town! However, my brother asked for medium rare steak. I got a cheeseburger. Mine was medium rare! My brother could barely eat the last of his very well-done steak! Great chill atmosphere!

Good food and excellent service.

Pretty disappointed a local bar and Grill would want to try to build up loyalty of customers and then they charge 3% for using a debit or credit card. Not classy at all. Just raise your prices 3% instead of appearing to be extremely cheap nickel & dime place. How many customers will deduct the 3% from their tip? which is not fair to the servers who did a great job. I hope the owners see this and make a change or else my devices to Go someplace else
