We have enjoyed the delicious food from Adam's Rib two years in a row at the Oregon State Fair. The pulled pork is outstanding. The hush puppies are fabulous. The cole slaw has excellent flavor. The team members are welcoming and friendly. We'll keep coming back!
Straight up, food is pretty good. Haven't been disappointed with the items I've ordered. Staff seem friendly and ready to take your order. However, the restaurant itself really needs to be shut down for a few days for a top2bottom cleaning. The flair is tired and outdated. And the floor is a horror show straight from Tim Burton!
Please bear in mind that I have had barbecue in Memphis, Nashville, and St. Louis. The food was good, for the most part. I had the Reuben, my friend had a meat plate. The portions of the food was generous. Fries were hot, if a little too greasy. The sides look tired.
