My wife and I were in Salem for the cherry blossom festival. I choose for us to have lunch at Azuls because of a thread on Redit about great places to eat in Salem. When we got there the menu looked absolutely delicious. After a while my wife and I finally decided which of the very temping street tacos to have (Btw they also have burritos and that's what made our decision so very tough). After we ordered, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited even more. It took an HOUR for us to get our 7 tacos. When we got there, their was one person in front of use and their were 30ish people in the shared space with the cider brewery. I was deeply disappointed with our experience. Everyone one and every company in this world have day's. From what I've read about Azuls, this Saturday was their lone bad day because people rave about them. When we finally got our street tacos they were delicious. Minus the shrimp taco, atleast for my wife, it was too sweet. We truely hope Saturday was just a bad day because local small businesses make our community a better place to live ?

So pumped on the quality of food and the service at Taco Azul. I had heard rumors of how good the food was so I had to see for myself, and all I can say is I'm stoked on everything I've had so far and can't wait to try more!

This place has one of the best tacos I've ever eaten. The chorizo street taco is amazing. Azul's shares a space with a cider house which has about twenty five different ciders. I'll most definitely be back.

Wow, absolutely blown away by how good this was! Chicken tacos were perfect, extremely flavorful, and juicy. Quesadillas were fully stuffed. Star of the show was the fried cheese curds, which knocked it out of the park with the sweet spicy salsa on top. Phenomenal.
