I had a $17.30 gift card balance tied to my account and just a few days prior (on 9/27) I was assured by a staff member that once the card was scanned the balance would remain on the account for future use. when I went to pay the cashier told me my total was about $14 and change. I was in store the morning of Thurs 9/25/25.

The two employees i encountered were and absolute credit to your company. Sooooo friendly and genuine. My drink was made perfectly, in fact it was the best version of it i have ever had.

Im from Seattle area and was travelling for business, but will stop in to Bentleys whenever im in town.

Today’s closers were so kind to everyone who walked in. They were truly inclusive of everyone. And handled their orders quickly and precisely. I stayed up until closing (because I was not aware of the stores hours) and the baristas let me stay until the end with no issues. That was very kind of them and I’m very appreciative of them for that.
I recommend this place for their good service, tasty drinks, and nice atmosphere:)
