My husband and I went for date night tonight and the food was okay, we were a little disappointed. I got the NY strip and the bordelaise tasted like the wine hadn't been reduced much, if at all, before the other ingredients were added. Beautiful texture, harsh flavor. The steak also mostly tasted like char. I don't usually mind char but it was a bit much. On the plus side, the cook on it was dead on med rare and it was super tender. While a little expensive, the food was well worth it. My party said they had the best seafood Alfredo of their life and the burger was amazing. I only had a drink which was great. Greg and Jeremiah took care of us and really added to the experience.
My husband and I shared appetizers and a small salad that filled us up. The crab cakes, clams and octopus were a seafood combo that were very tasty and the house salad was always delicious with just enough dressing. A very enjoyable birthday dinner!
