I used to love this place when I moved out here probably spent hundreds here in person and over DoorDash. Lately the last 5 or so orders have been trash and I believe it to be a staffing issue, even the tortillas aren’t dipped anymore

this is the best mexican birria tacos in salem !! my favorite is the number #10 it’s the best and they are pretty fast about it too ! if you not into that there’s other food trucks !

Definitely one of two of my favorite birria places in Salem. Service is usually pretty quick and the food is delicious! Besides the tacos, the quesabirria fries are so good! I opted for the birria plate which comes with a good portion of meat and some really tasty beans and rice and a few hot tortillas.

Best Birria I’ve ever had. I got the regular birria tacos and they were filling and flavorful. My partner got the Quesabirria which honestly tasted even better. It was super cheesy and delicious. The consume was tasty and well seasoned. Definitely my favorite birria spot in all of Salem and possibly in all of Oregon.

Supposedly we came here for the Louisiana food and ended up eating birria and we had only seen one row of the lunch boxes and we had not seen the other. Anyway, we had chosen well so if we go to Oregon we will definitely stop by to eat here

I used to spend maybe 5-600 a month here between the two locations. Today at the yard both employees made eye contact with me and then motioned for me to move along after a solid minute of just staring at me. 30 seconds later they're serving someone else taking their order. I try again and the woman just stares at me until I leave. Psychotic losers don't need my money.
