So, I have only had the churro ice cream sandwich from this place but it was the most amazing dessert I have ever had. If you get it, don't pre order it, order from the location trust me. The churros was nice and warm and they even added fruity pebbles cereal as a little extra. And they have plenty of other handcrafted desserts and there are also a taco trucks and a bbq truck next to that and there food always smells amazing. Don Bigote is Salem Oregon's OG #1 dessert cart. They have a visually stunning menu of creative treats. I like the Nutella or fresa churros. They have crepes and these crazy Gansito shakes to.Vegetarian options: I don't think they have vegan.Kid-friendliness: Kids can be kids loud there and find plenty to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level ground.

The churros are perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. I was impressed, best churro I had in a while. The crepe rolled up as cone and filled with ice cream and stuff is genius. The esquites were good too, not too rich not too light. Don't go if you're dieting.
