So good, definitely recommend giving this place a try. Owner is very nice and the flavor was solid. Definitely in the upper echelon for asian food, especially in Salem.
Great portion sizes and the food is incredible. The broth for the udon was the best I've ever had. The depth of flavor was so refreshing. The udon noodles were so chewy and perfect. Katsudon is one of my favorite dishes, and the egg was so creamy and full of that wonderful dashi broth. So happy to have a wonderful spot with great Japanese food in Salem.

Excellent food. Every item is flavorful and makes me want more. I highly suggest trying something outside of your comfort zone because every single thing has been excellent. Order ahead so you don't have to wait although it's worth waiting. This place is a gem and so is the chef running it!

There's seemingly only one employee (the owner) and he's the sweetest man you'll ever meet! And for being the only one cooking at the food, he's incredibly quick! Great service, quality, everything! Please order from him! His food tastes just like Love Love Teriyaki, honestly even a bit better.
