Ordered for pick up at 5:10 I got there on time and the parking lot was bare and the dining area was slow 5 people left with doordash delivery order's before I did and when I asked for an update after 35 minutes the lady got irritated and grabbed my food from the back and when she handed me my food she set it down and instantly went to the back and ignore when I went to ask her about the sauses we got on the sides. I enjoy buffalo wild wings a lot fun to watch the games and fights at but this service was very disappointing

I have eaten here before at lunch and the service is a bit slow but the food has been decent. Today I got a to-go order at dinner and discovered on getting home that they'd left out the veggies (my kids were sad about that - they love them), plus the chicken wings were all haphazardly tossed in not enough sauce. The service was also incredibly slow, especially considering I ordered ahead online. They did not appear super busy in the front at least, though several more people showed up to wait for their online orders while I was waiting. The people were friendly and helpful for the most part though.

It's definitely a place you'd enjoy eating and watching a game at. Although i did neither, I was there to do the Blazin Challenge. Ate a couple extra for the road. Can't wait to go back.

honestly the last 4-5 times we have gone ive been really disappointed. the last year or two the place has really gone down hill. service is usually bad, no one checks in on your table. theyre offering bottomless apps but we asked for refills and they never came. really, if you ask for anything extra they will forget about it even after you ask multiple times. our wings didnt come out right 2 times. our queso came out cold and hard on the top. really disappointed with the lack of detail or attention to customers and food quality. makes me sad cause this location used to be super good. probably just gonna avoid this location from now on. i tried to give it a chance again and again but im disappointed everytime.

Ordered take out and there was no one helping the huge line of people waiting for their order. When I finally got the order, there were items missing.

Normally I hate to post a poor review, but this was one of the worst take out experiences of my life. Started off normally, there were 2 of us waiting for take out orders. Eventually someone asked us if we were picking up an order, and took both of our names. After a normal waiting period (5 mins or so) they came out with the first order and he paid and left. I assumed they were just waiting to finish up my order so I waited. Possibly my own fault for not asking someone, but given they had already checked in with me and saw me sitting there, I expected it wouldn’t be long until my order came out. Unfortunately, I sat and waited for 30+ minutes until someone asked if I had been helped, which I had, and said I was waiting to pick up an order. They went back and grabbed the order (which had definitely been ready for many minutes prior, cold, not warm any longer) and to take matters worse, was missing an item. I went back inside to get the missing item, only to then wait another 15 minutes for it to be made. (It was fries, not wings or anything that would take long to cook).
So in summary, they held my take order and never told me it was ready. They missed an item and then made me wait longer for said item. All in all, I was at the restaurant for almost 1 hour for a take out order made online an hour and 15 minutes prior to arriving.
Will never order from this location ever again.

Waited 15 minutes for drinks, waited 64mins for food. Didn’t get checked on once when we all needed refills. Spent 100 for bad service. The waitress had a trainee and her trainee was the only one to come up to us to offer waters after all of us had no drinks. I watched our waitress stand in the corner just talking. Pretty sad. It’s even more upsetting that we are expected to tip on bad service.

Got a huge EXPENSIVE ORDER WRONG. Food was for an event and the food was wrong and not even good. Not even our order. After event looked for receipt after event could not find it call and had staff talking to the manager about us making up the order. It’s really upsetting never had a problem but then the rude cx service. Manager Casey put me on hold but not really while him and another staff made accusations because they couldn’t find the order(again we didn’t even get our actual order) other staff made accusations that we were lying and making things up then manager Casey got back on the phone( that wasn’t on mute) and sound like he was confused as to why I was on the phone. That’s crazy my family and friends were super disappointed and hungers at our event. And Buffalo Wild Wings management just calls us a liar and refused to fix the issue. Awful cx service. And also just rude. Next time you put a cx on hold make sure you not bad mouthing them where they can hear. This annoying and it was expensive. And they don’t care. Guess they just don’t care if their costumers come back. Hung up on management he was rude. That’s just crazy not to mention the food we got was foul!
