This place is hot garbage. I waited an hour to pay 19 dollars for a briscuit burger that was basicly bacon chunks on the saltiest greasiest burger patties I'd ever had. The kids max and cheese was litteerally craft max.and cheese. There is nothing redeeming about this place. It deserves to die.

Please get waiters that can write down and bring the right order, it’s happened too many times where I get my order wrong or atleast one of my friends. This is my favorite spot to eat please don’t ruin it with rude/lazy staff that doesn’t want to bring us our right food. What’s crazy is last time I went the waiter got mad at me because I said the wings were not the right flavors. We had already been there for 2 hours and the waiter didn’t give a F we waited and waited just for me to get my order wrong. I usually never write reviews but this has happened to me more than once that they give me the wrong flavored wings. The worst part is the waitress never sees a problem. From now on no tip at buffalo till the servers serve right again. I used to love this place but it really went downhill latley and I don’t want it to shut down so please get your shi* straight so we can go back to the good old Buffalo Wild Wings we all know and love.

We came in at 8:50 on Easter Sunday night and there wasn’t many people at all. Our waiter didn’t greet us til 9:20 and then our food didn’t come out til 10:00 and it wasn’t what we ordered and never even received a 6 piece wing we also ordered. When we asked for a check it took them another 15 minutes to bring it to us. Our waiter came to our table twice the whole time we were here. It was just 2 of us and we had a very small simple order and again it wasn’t busy at all. Insane

This place has went so far down hill it's crazy. Used to be a sweet spot to go but now it's terrible. The manager at that locations is terrible.. the manager would walk around an just stare at us. I asked for a to go box. He didn't even say a word to me an kept walking. The people working there are moron's
Ordered 20 wings online. Pick up time was 9:55 my husband arrived at 9:40 (I was at home and made the order online). At 10:48 they gave him wings with 2 sauce types even though online it gave the option for 4. He asked for another type of sauce since the 2 they gave him were the ones he chose and I don’t eat those. I called the establishment to request if they could do all 4 since he already had been waiting for an hour. They never said yes or no but they put me on hold. Then he text me they were going to switch one of them out. They answered me and told me they would put my order first “in line”. At 11 pm they gave my husband a $10 gift card for the wait. After 40 minutes of waiting for the new wings at 11:26 I told my husband the wait was too long and to request a refund. They told him they didn’t do refunds at first. Then they said it would take 10-14 business days to receive the money. Then they had him wait even moreeeee in order to do the refund which at the end they gave him a gift card. Almost 2 hours later!!!!! Yes they “fixed” the issue but I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for wings.
