I had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with tater tots. Everything was fantastic! Tots were really crispy , not over cooked. The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and juicy with thick cut bacon. Will be returning soon to try more of the menu items. Friendly staff, quick service.

Listen to the negative reviews and don't be surprised if they mess up your order. I've never had a bad experience at The Yard before Cadillac Grille. This place ripped us off and practically stole from us.
My boyfriend and I ordered two burgers from here. The woman at the counter got my order wrong twice. When we returned the food the 2nd time, I decided I didn't want food from there anymore, so we asked for a refund.
We were told they first need to "watch a video of us ordering" to confirm they got the order wrong. Thirty minutes pass, and the woman comes out with a phone number on a piece of paper. She tells us to call the number to speak with the manager. The manager is very polite and tells us he will refund the money to our card. He tells us to contact him if we don't get it within the next few days.
It's been over a week and we have not received a refund. He doesn't respond when we contact him. Cadillac Grille essentially stole from us as I did not receive the food I ordered and paid for. They promised a refund and then ghosted us.
I am empathetic toward a potential language barrier being the reason they got my order wrong, but there is no excuse for this quality of service.
Boyfriend said food is good, but not anything special.

Absolutely no seasoning on my burger or my tater tots. Zero salt was out on them. Horrible. Seriously, learn how to cook grill food. Salt is an essential ingredient. Boring

The young lady working the cart needs to understand manners. I ordered a 15 piece fried mushrooms. Not a hard order to screw up. However, she screwed it up twice. First order she gave us fries. Second time she gave us the 10 piece instead of the 15 piece. When I returned it a second time, the lady starts arguing g with me. I literally physically pointed and touched at the 15 piece on the menu when I ordered and she still argued. I eventually got the 15 piece but they won’t have my business again.

My wife and I just left their disappointed. The guy took my wife's order but would not take mine. I paid for hers and walked away. I will never give that place or for that matter I will not return to that food court ever again. Wife's order was horrible by the way. Food sucks, people running it are not any better
