I saw their FB post and it sounded interesting, so I Googled them to take a look at their whole menu. What caught my eye was the birria egg rolls, so I thought Iād give them a try, and boy am I glad I did. I opted for the avocado salsa and that made them even more yummy. Will have guacamole on hand next time because I think that would be amazing, will definitely be getting those again.
This food truck is around the corner from our house, we had them tonight for the first time after hearing from neighbors how good they are. Could not recommend them more. The couple was lovely, the food decently priced especially for the quality and my god the FLAVORS!!! No pictures because we inhaled our meals.

I ordered the chicken bowl, and the portions were beyond generous, especially for you meat lovers out there. š
Also, the presentation was beautiful, with a lot of fresh greens topping it off.āļø
Once I dug in, it did not disappoint. š
My feedback would be, cut down on the salt, yet, I realize food-truck cooking can be tricky as the evening wears on. And, more distinctive/authentic...
