Inside Fork 40 is the Chubby Bao. Asian style food and unique sandwiches on bao bread. The cream cheese wontons had great flavor and texture. The shrimp bao had crispy shrimp and veggies and coleslaw on a soft bao bun.

I Uber’d Bao, jalapeño coleslaw and crab Rangoon. Wow! The coleslaw was my favorite! I usually do now enjoy restaurant coleslaw because it can be so heavy and mayo-based. This was creamy, with a perfect balance of flavors. The pickled jalapeño on top made it so good. The fries were perfectly seasoned. Will be trying more bao in the future for sure!

Bao down for Chubby Panda! I took my family to Fork Forty where Chubby Panda Bao House is located and my two picky daughters ate everything. The flavors are amazing, the bao are so soft, and the fries are killer. I especially loved the monthly special pork belly bao. I've also had the chorizo fried rice in the past and it was awesome as well. The owners are two of the nicest people in town and this restaurant is amazing. Keep up the good work!

Good food and upbeat atmosphere. Located in an indoor eatery with different food options for everyone. Food was hot and tasty with loads of flavor.
Helpful hint: Maps will show its in an alley, but the entrance is off the main road in a food court.
Parking: Free 3 hour street parking, Liberty Free parking garage within blocks.
AMAZING EMPLOYEES!!! nevaeh was super sweet and talked us through the menu and what we may prefer. Chelsey was doing gods work in that kitchen she was working so hard and seem so dedicated to her craft. when i picked up my bao bun and tasted it for the first time it made me feel like i was at my grandmas house again. overall FANTASTIC flavor profiles and customer service made it feel like i was talking to my relatives. 10/10 would recommend. side comment how do get that pink pork so juicy?

What a fantastic little place. The owners were amazing. Food came out nice and hot. Got the chicken and pork BAO which were delicious. Wings were crispy. Fries fantastic. Glad I found them. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
