Great food but poor service. I have been here quite a few times and thought maybe I was coming at the wrong time, but no, regardless of the time, they are never around. All I want to do is get a box and my bill.
First time going here. Drinks were very good and strong. We had Cadillac margaritas and a Pina Collada. Prices were average for them. The food was good. Had a 2 combo plate and chili Verde that I get any time I go to a mexican restaurant. It was typical of this dish. Someone had shrimp tacos, liked them. For 26 dollars, I think it was way too expensive for 3 tacos and a few cheap shrimp. Salsa and chips were typical, definitely not spicy.
It pains me to give 3 stars for this place. Every time we come to Salem, we eat here. The food is delicious and the location is convenient to the string of hotels on Hawthorne. Let me reiterate that the food is delicious.
