“Aleeya and Elise were so kind to us at our visit to Dairy Queen. They kindly directed us to the menu and shared alternatives to our liking. They then completed out visit by being very attentive, and making sure everything at our table was good. This was a five store Michelin restaurant experience for a affordable price 😁. “Sebastian and Lily were on staff when I came in late after a shift of my own around 11pm. Systems were slow and down but the staff was incredibly friendly during the wait and exceeded my expectations of customer service during a difficult time. They adapted quickly and made sure the waiting line was taken care of while juggling immature patrons ahead of me. Very responsible staff and made my night with their positive and lighthearted attitude despite it all !“

“Very nice people I only had a $ 50 got $40 but the girl asked management if she could make an exemption due to the fact my change was only going to be $5 and it was approved the checker could have just refused me but took the time to ask was nice of her“

“My daughter and I came through the drive-thru this evening to get ourselves a much needed delicious ice cream treat after a stressful weekend. Since it's the end of the month, funds are a little tight, but I figured the $12 I had in my wallet would be plenty for a sundae and a mini blizzard. Turns out, add-ons can quickly add up, and I ended up $2 and some change short. I told the young man that it would be okay if we didn't get one of the items, but instead, he's very graciously used to POS to take off some of the charges for add-ons that I had requested, bringing the total down to what I had on me. He absolutely did not have to do this. He could have refused service and written the already made items off as shrinkage. He really went above and beyond, and I regret that I didn't look closely enough at his name tag because I would love to shout him out by name. Small acts of kindness go a long way to building a loyal customer base, and this was such a sweet thing for him to do. You guys have a lifetime loyal customer from here on out! Give the dude working the drive thru evening shift on 03/31 a raise ASAP for outstanding customer service. The ice cream was delicious, as always. Thanks again, friend. You made our night.“

“Cons: could be cleaner. However, how is that supposed to happen when no one wants to work anymore and the poor server was stuck there alone?Pros: The server there was running her a$$ off getting things done in a timely manner. I think there was some one cooking but I didn't see anyone. High five ? for having a good work ethic! I should have gotten her name. If there was a cook there, high five ? to them also for having a good work ethic! It is very much appreciated. ?“
