Found this place yesterday and I will definitely be back. I'm a bit touchy about my shawarma from living in Europe and the Middle East for years and I will tell you this place is legit. The people there are super friendly. The portions are excellent. There is even a bar in the back that you can grab a drink at while you wait. (They give you a buzzer to let you know when you're food is ready, although it doesn't take them long)
Don’t miss this place! You will love the food!! ( It’s tucked into the Fork Forty Food Hall on State street.). All 3 of the plates we had were amazing - good portions - and soo so tasty!!! Had and highly recommend the Lamb Plate, Damascus Combo and Lamb Arabica with fries! Server was awesome/ great people skills - warm/friendly - great advice and always a smile (had braces on) and so kind! If in downtown Salem or visiting Willamette University- go check this out...

Had the chicken shwarma wrap with fries. Was freakin bussin. Highly suggest this place. Their chicken was real flavorful, and had a good balance of tenderness and moistness. Fries were surprisingly crispy. And whatever the white sauce was, was freakin good. Hot sauce was good too
