I've never had such a porridge experience with del taco or any fast food place ever. I drove 30min to eat there because my wife likes it alot. The girl taking my order took so long with awkward pauses. Noone else was in the drive thru. So they weren't busy. She repeated my order back wrong 2x and then just told me drive forward. She didnt even have my order correct. What a ridiculous experience. I drove off and went to a dif place to eat.

I don't understand how come you guys close your doors to your Lobby hours before you're supposed to. I don't know the type of people you guys are hiring at your facilities but something needs to change. This happens often what I see online weekends it's supposed to be 10:00 sometimes 11:00 depending on location but the doors are closed by 8:00 it doesn't make sense.

The most pathetic street taco. 1 tortilla, hardly any filling at all, less than half, and no lime. The I opened up my chicken soft taco and it was just as pathetic on filling. My last hope was my chicken and cheddar quesadilla and behold, not one piece of chicken. I think I am done with this place. PS I added a picture of their national burger day special BOGO. The most pathetic burgers I've seen 😐
