My husband went through the drive-thru ordered food got at home it was incorrect called the person I talked to was very rude told me they weren't going to do nothing about it next morning I called talk to the store manager she agreed to replace it all because it wasn't right went back and all they would do is replace one item when they did replace the item it was worse than what it was the first time I personally wouldn't recommend their food to nobody after the experience we've had

I’ve been in Salem working on my Airbnb for the last 10 days. I don’t live anywhere near a Del taco, so I was excited to be close to one. I ordered three times on UberEats in the last 10 days. First time they forgot one of my tacos, and they gave no salsas or ketchup. OK maybe that’s just the way of the new age where you have to ask for it or they will not give it to you. Second time, I ordered two orders of fries, and a few other items, such as tacos, and a burrito. I requested the sauces in the app. You cannot request ketchup in the app. Once again, they did not give it to me. Third time, same thing and now also no limes in my fish or shrimp tacos, It’s pretty unbelievable. Is the corporation cracking down on the employees, are the employees incompetent, or are the employees that petty that they do not like their job or they do not like when Uber eats orders come in so they do the minimal amount possible and do petty things such as this? The first time, I didn’t care, mistakes happen, but 3 times? I’m done. I’m paying all these fees for delivery and also every item is marked up on these apps and can’t even bother to get fast food orders right.

The card machine was down, that’s not their fault so I came back with cash but I ordered 2 beer battered fish tacos, they gave me shrimp. The burrito & rollers were fine but I ordered a popping strawberry drink with sprite and they gave me lemonade. Just poor listening and order taking, not the worst experience.
