The barbecue ribs are great. falling off the bone, just like we like them, and the flights are just wonderful. I want to try all of them, but I have to drive home.

Great service, fantastic products and great food. We stopped in today to try some samples and grab a drink. I’ve been to Divine Distillers a few times and learned they have an event space that holds 200 people if anyone is looking to rent event spaces near Salem. The Pandan and Coquito and Oregon Winter brandy are some of the favorites as well as the coffee. We learned the Coquito, which is a Caribbean holiday drink like egg nog, is dairy free. It was fun to try samples and learn about their cocktails. We’ll be back for a lamb roast soon! And breakfast on the weekends.

If you enjoy quality cocktails then you'll love Divine Distillers. Not only are all of their drinks amazing, but their staff is incredibly friendly and the food was ridiculously deliciously. The special was lamb tacos and they were *chef kiss* perfect. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't already!

Wow! I finally made it out for dinner and drinks at the Inferno and boy we are glad we did! AMAZING steak sandwich with esquite corn and some chimichurri I would eat with a spoon. Blueberry lemon drop and Peach Ala Mode drinks were awesome as well. I will be back and bring other friends with me! Would love to experience the patio in the summer!

This is a great distillery. The owners are amazing. The liquor that they have is excellent top-notch. I've watched this distillery. Grow from a small little grudge to silhouette into this. Nice amazing building that they have now.I can't wait to see how far they would go from here.

Love Divine Distillers! Have followed them all the way from their first location at the 45th Parallel to the warehouse off of McGilchrist to their new location in Independence. Their spirits are great and as Jason, the owner likes to say, they're for people "who like alcohol without the taste of alcohol." Their spirits have won a lot of awards and they have some very unique flavors such as the pandan rum as well as my personal seasonal favorite, the coquito with their coffee rum.

I think it would be most fun in summer but there's a dining room in the winter! Check it out and try the Pandan rum! Would be a great gift idea, as well.
