DELICIOUS!!! Went in on a Saturday at lunch time...the place was packed. All of the employees I interacted with were so friendly. Definitely recommend 5/5

I'm having a hard time reviewing this one. We came here for the ice cream and were told they have vegan options. When we got here there were only four flavors of ice cream available. It was fine for our children who do eat dairy but my husband and I weren't able to enjoy any due to there not being any vegan options for us. Had we known, we would have chosen another location so we could enjoy ice cream with our children.However, we got some chips, guacamole and fresh salsa and it was delicious. I just wish they had more ice cream options as it is a creamery.

The place is clean , really friendly staff . I tried some of their fresh cheese quesadillas and they were pretty good next time I will try their nachos and maybe buy some cheese ?

The food was good, but the menu is confusing. And if it is your first time eating here, finding the menu is confusing. This is probably a great place if you're stopping to pick up cheese or getting a scoop of ice cream, but if you plan on eating here you have to go past all that and the place where people are placing orders, there is a counter with salsa and water that has signs to "start there", but you can't even see the signs till you're right next to them. Then, you circle the items you want and turn it in. My bf and I got a nachos to share. It was plenty for both of us. The chicken on the nachos was very good. I liked the food but I don't know if my bf will be willing to go back there.

What a treat to find this place. Their quesadillas are delicious with fresh ingredients. My husband and I had the quesadilla with chicken (Pollo asado). The meat was grilled perfectly, tasty and not dry. Plenty of meat and ingredients in the quesadilla. We got the corn tortillas and they were soft and very fresh. We got the side of guacamole and it was exceptional, obviously made that day. The chips are not greasy nor over-salted. The two quesadillas were more than I could eat, so plenty of food. One doesn't find this quality often anymore, so quite refreshing. I only wish they had non-plastic water-cups and utensils or compostible ones, to be more environmental.

First time that I came because of my wife's urging. I can honestly say that the food is great and the employees were professional and friendly. Can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this place!

A gem of a place, no need to drive to Tillamook. We tried out the cheese samples to get the taste and texture of the fresh variety. This is a Mexican creamery and the selection was able to represent that well. There is a modest dining area where customers can eat and relax. We got nachos with a choice of cheese, meat, and extras. There is salsa tasting too, along with cream sauces. They sell ice cream as well, I'll taste that on another visit. A large window let's customers see the cheese processing. Authentic music to complete the experience!

I decided to stop by for the first time to see what they had to offer. I ordered quesadillas for lunch and I can honestly say they were the best I have ever had. The homemade corn tortillas were fantastic, as was their house made asada cheese. They have a salsa bar where you can get toppings for your meal and also sample their delicious cheeses. I would have bought some of the cheese to take home if they sold it in smaller amounts. I did get an ice cream cone for dessert and it was great.

Finally came here this evening for the first time! Absolutely no complaints. When you walk in there are so many options and everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. They have a cheese bar where you can sample the different kinds they offer and then choose the kinds you'd like on your quesadilla, nachos, burrito, etc. I had the asadero habanero cheese on my carne asada nachos but every sample we tried was delicious! And the cheese curds are big and well worth the price! The batter is yummy. We will be back!

Stopped for a post Christmas lunch on the drive home. He had a quesadilla and cheese curds. I had the salad with chips on the side. Super generous portions for great prices, all served with a smile. The cheese is amazing - it was a struggle not to buy one of everything. If you're in or headed through Salem, this is totally worth a stop for cheese lovers.

Customer service helped me pick out Queso Oaxaca for my Caprese salad. I also bought some Botanero to make spinach cheese balls. After sampling, I wish I had also bought chipotle and habanero cheeses. I had a wonderful quesadilla made on-site and enjoyed watching the workers stretch cheese. Great experience!
