I went in December 1st at 6:20 p.m. I had ordered ahead my estimated time was at 6:23 I sat there in line no big deal person finally comes out I had two cars ahead of me comes out and I said I am here for my pickup The individual didn't say a thing and then walked away from my car and proceeded to help the other six behind them so I didn't know what was going on with my order 10 minutes later I finally get up to the drive-thru window and they didn't know anything...
